
This exciting coffee is produced by Haru Washing Station, together with small producers based near the town Haru in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. For us this coffee stands out as a really elegant representation of a good washed Ethiopian coffee. However, it has strong red berry like notes that make it fresh and unique.
We found this coffee to be very bright and aromatic. Tasting incredibly sweet with notes of apricot and stone fruits paired with red berries with bright citric acidity and some floral notes too.
