This exciting coffee is produced by Gedeb Washing Station, together with around 500 small producers in Gedeo, in the woreda of Gedeb, Ethiopia. For us this coffee stands out as a really good washed Ethiopian coffee. The flavor profile and the velvety mouthfeel made us roast this coffee for espresso.
We found this coffee to be bright, juicy and aromatic. Tasting really sweet with notes of black tea like bitters paired with peach and stone fruits with bright citric acidity and florals.
